I often look at fitness and food blogs for inspiration for thing that I desire to make. This is the whole reason I created this blog. So I could gather together all my favourite recipes that I've tried and tested and share them with you all. This recipe is borderline amazing. Ive tried a lot of cake recipes because I love desserts way too much but they often come out dry and lack any burst of flavour. This cake does not dissapoint you. It's soft, moist and full of deliciousness. And the best part is it's clean and whole and doesn't use any nasty ingredients so you can indulge without feeling guilty! I got inspiration for this recipe from Get Fit- Feel Sexy however I changed it slightly and tweaked it to exactly how I made it on the day. This is something you clean eaters MUST try! xx
This recipe makes approx 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas smashed
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 packets of sweetener
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop of protein powder (i used banana but you can use whatever you desire)
- 1 cup of Oat Flour (i made this by blending one cup of rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4-1 teaspoon cinnamon
- a handful of dark chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
2. Spray an muffin tray with olive oil spray
3. Mix all ingredients together until it is well blended
4. Fill muffic tray with patter
5. Bake for 18 minutes
6. Enjoy this guilt free treat!
